The easiest way to book is through our direct scheduling links in the "Book Your Session" section. Choose the service you need and find a time that works for you. Your appointment will be confirmed instantly.
Mixing typically takes 5–7 business days per song, and mastering takes 2–3 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We'll provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your project.
Yes! If you've already recorded your tracks elsewhere, you can send us your stems via WeTransfer or Dropbox. You can book a mixing session via our direct booking calendar.
Start by booking a Creative Consultation. In this call, we'll discuss your vision, influences, and aesthetic goals. Rio will then present two initial design concepts, and you can request up to three rounds of revisions. Final files are delivered in high resolution.
Absolutely. We encourage artists to be present for the initial mix session if they're local. This helps us capture your vision in real time. If you're remote, we can schedule a live video call during the mix for your input.
We use Stripe to securely process all payments. After you book your session using the calendars above, we will send a confirmation email containing a secure Stripe payment link for your deposit or full payment. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
